Youth Resilience Workshop: Strengthening Futures in Eldoret

We cordially invite you to join the BYU Management Society (Kenya Chapter), Afya Care Foundation, and Seminary & Institutes of Religion for an illuminating day committed to the advancement of our young generation.

On the 18th of April, 2026, at the illustrious Eldoret District Centre, we shall convene a gathering of 120 youths with the objective of imparting the principles of emotional and physical well-being. In alignment with the 2026 S&I Insight initiatives, this workshop is designed to amalgamate faith with practical life skills, thus equipping our youth to adeptly navigate contemporary societal challenges.

• Resilience Training: Engaging in comprehensive sessions focused on stress management, cognitive reframing, and the development of coping mechanisms.
