Come join with the BYU Management Society as we tour Festa, one of Columbus' truly great charities.

One of our past presidents of the Central Ohio Chapter of the BYU Management Society, Jim Blair, has recently been added to the Governance Board of Festa. Jim, and Festa's Founder and Executive Director, Kim Emch, would like to give us a tour of their operations.

Festa is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to ending poverty through life-changing relationships and a multi-generational approach to education. They utilize five core pillars—Feed, Educate, Serve, Train, and Advocate—to support families in suburban communities, specifically through initiatives like their 3-Generation Family ESL program and free summer lunch camps. By connecting neighbors and local churches, Festa aims to stabilize families and provide the resources necessary to move them from surviving to thriving.
