Before joining the Rangers, Robert built an impressive career in professional sports, spending more than a decade with Minor League Baseball, where he advised league and club executives on governance, employment, intellectual property, ownership transactions, and legislative affairs. He also served with the United Soccer League, leading the negotiation of franchise, media, licensing, and sponsorship agreements.

Throughout his career, Robert has combined legal expertise with strategic leadership, helping organizations navigate complex business challenges while building strong cultures and high-performing teams. Outside the office, he is passionate about mentoring and coaching youth sports in Southlake, Texas, where he and his wife are raising their four children.
