About this event

Life Lessons Learned from Highly Successful Entrepreneurs – a Panel Discussion

• Overcoming self-doubt and roadblocks

• Finding your mojo

• Developing a career or business plan

• Pursuing your dreams

The purpose of the workshop is to illustrate to young adults that successful people have oftentimes had to overcome personal and business struggles to reach success. Success is a journey not a destination. We want to encourage young adults to have faith in themselves, to set high goals, and to understand that overcoming obstacles is to be expected in life and in business. We also want to illustrate that an important component of success in business is the good that one does for others. We strive to live Christ-like lives in all that we do.

The purpose of the BYU Management Society (BYUMS | BYU Management Society) is Growing Moral and Ethical Leadership Around the World. During our panel discussion, we will also encourage young adults to understand that success in business should also be accompanied by a commitment to moral and ethical leadership.
