Vice President of Marketing & Training
I measure success in life by one’s ability to positively impact those we come in contact with.
For over twenty years I have coached and trained thousands of financial representatives regarding marketing, practice management, sales skills and product knowledge. In addition to many large-group settings, I work 1-on-1 with some of the industry’s top producers and their clients, a privilege I thoroughly enjoy.
Today, as Director of Marketing & Business Development, I have found my calling where I am able to regularly coach and develop hundreds of representatives in group settings and work closely with the top 10% on their strategic initiatives. A problem solver by nature, I’m passionate about helping my representatives, clients and their families enjoy the life they want – not only today, but for generations to come.
Attending my first "Million Dollar Round Table" (MDRT) in 1994, I have been involved with the financial services industry most of my life. I am a graduate of Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, but my education did not stop there. Feel free to ask me about the latest book I’m reading as I am constantly learning and then developing new ways to improve myself and those I interact with.
Growing up in Newport Beach with six sisters and now having four boys and two daughters, I describe my life as organized chaos. In addition to the activities previously mentioned, I am involved with several philanthropic groups and love being active in the outdoors.
