Michelle has worked for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 8 years, spending the last 3 years as a job developer serving the Southwest Region of the US where she has successfully run virtual job search groups and helped hundreds of people find work. She has 15 years of international experience living in nine countries throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific. She graduated from BYU with a degree in History.
Sandy Holmes
Sandy grew up in California, graduated from BYU with a Psychology degree, and is still living in Utah. She has worked for the LDS Church for almost 10 years, with 6 years being involved in Employment services. She’s managed a team of Job Developers who have successfully run Accelerated Job Search Programs for thousands of job seekers from entry level to professionals. Sandy and her husband own a pizza franchise, so she’s also had experience with hiring, managing, marketing, and all the ups and downs of small business ownership.
