Join us as we participate in a special BYUMS San Diego Chapter virtual event! Randy Conley, Vice President & Trust Practice Leader for The Ken Blanchard Companies, shares his insights via a interactive mini-workshop on the key dimensions of leading with trust. This session is sponsored by the BYU Management Society San Diego Chapter! A recent survey reported that 96% of chief executives said building and maintaining trust was critically important to their leadership success. However, only 34% said they had specific and detailed plans for building trust in their organization. Why is that? Trust can be complex and hard to define, and most people assume trust somehow organically develops on its own. The reality is that building trust is a skill that each of us can learn and develop. In this interactive session, Randy Conley, V.P. and Trust Practice Leader for The Ken Blanchard Companies, will share the three dimensions of leading with trust. During this session you will learn a model for building trust and create an action plan to increase the levels of trust in your personal relationships, teams, and organizations. Strengthening trust is essential to greater ethical/moral leadership. Given so much uncertainty in the world, this is the opportunity to build greater trust within your team and in your organization. Randy is the co-author of Blanchard’s Building Trust training program and works with organizations around the globe helping them build trust in the workplace. Trust Across America named him a Top Thought Leader in trustworthy business behavior and he is a founding member of the Alliance of Trustworthy Business Experts. Inc.com named Randy a Top 100 Leadership Speaker & Thinker and American Management Association included him in their Leaders to Watch in 2015 list. Randy is the author of the award-winning Leading with Trust blog (www.leadingwithtrust.com) and a contributing author of the books “Leading at a Higher Level” with Ken Blanchard, “Trust, Inc.–Strategies for Building Your Company’s Most Valuable Asset,” and “Trust, Inc.–52 Weeks of Activities and Inspirations for Building Workplace Trust.” To participate in this event, please follow these instructions: 1 - Join the BYU Management Society (membership is free) by visiting this link: ( https://byums.byu.edu/accounts/signup/?next=/ ) 2 - Visit the BYU Management Society Events roster ( https://byums.byu.edu/events/#/list ) and register for this event 3 - Log-in on the day of the event and join us for an informative discussion and presentationAbout the Speaker: Randy Conley
