Jeff Dance is the founder & CEO of Fresh Consulting, an innovative strategy, design, software and engineering company headquartered in Seattle. Fresh builds anything from brands to apps to robots to autonomous vehicles to help companies stay ahead and stay relevant. Current clients include Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. Fresh just celebrated its 14th year, has 5 offices and employs over 365 people. Fresh was ranked as one of Seattle Business magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2016, 2018, and 2019 and has been in the INC 5000 list for 9 consecutive years. Prior to Fresh, Jeff worked as a Strategy & Operations Consultant with Deloitte Consulting, where he consulted for companies like Apple Computer. Outside of his career, Jeff is a father of 4 kids, a level 3 AASI snowboard instructor, and a board sports fan.
