Joel William's Bio:


As President - Pharmaceuticals, Joel Willams leads ILC Dover’s pharmaceutical business unit. He ensures process solutions meet evolving customer needs and drive business growth and transformation. Joel’s proven ability to successfully grow and transform businesses comes from experience in the life sciences industry. Prior to ILC Dover, Joel led the Western Hemisphere at Smiths Medical, a global manufacturer of specialty medical devices with operations in more than 30 countries. Prior to that, he led the Global BioMaterials and Advanced Technology businesses at Avantor, a Fortune 500 company. Joel holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School; a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
