BYUMS San Diego chapter is pleased to announce that Lawrence Kourie, the founding franchisee of Dave's Hot Chicken, will be our keynote speaker for our May luncheon.  Lawrence and his team became the first franchisee of Dave's HOT Chicken, when there was only one restaurant.  There are now dozens of Dave's Hot Chicken restaurants located throughout the country and even now going into foreign countries.  The company has 700 restaurants in its development pipeline and plans to open between 70 and 100 annually.  Come listen to how Lawrence jumped into this start-up venture and has contributed to making it become one of the fastest growing restaurant chains in the nation.  Lawrence will share lessons he has learned along the way that will help each of us in our professional lives.  Plus, Lawrence has graciously agreed to bring in complimentary Dave's Hot Chicken lunch for everyone attends!!!!
