  1. Fill out and submit the Event Approval Request Form here
  2. Fill out and submit the Certificate of Insurance Request here
  3. Risk Management will evaluate the event for general risk, insurance, and liability. When they've reviewed your request, the event organizer will send you an approval with conditions or a denial of the request
  4. At this point, they will discuss waivers, vendors, and anything else they think is necessary with you
