Ron Haas is a partner of PwC with twenty-seven years of experience in advising telecom, media, and technology companies in evaluating new markets, integrating acquired companies, divesting assets, reducing operating costs, and improving operational and financial processes and practices. He serves as the managing partner for one of the firm’s largest global priority clients and is also the U.S. Partner Talent Development and Succession leader for the firm. Ron also serves as a trustee of PwC U.S. Charitable Foundation, Inc. Ron earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from BYU and completed executive education at INSEAD in France. Ron and Janice have eight children and four grandchildren.

Ron is the U.S. Partner Talent Development and Succession Leader for the Firm, responsible for leadership development and training, talent management and succession planning for the 3,700 U.S. partners of PwC. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Firm’s global leadership development programs that focus on identifying and preparing the next generation of partner leaders to assume critical leadership roles across the globe.
Previously, Ron led the Firm's U.S. Communications Industry consulting practice – leading the account teams serving a client portfolio of mobile, content distribution, and broadband service providers. He also served as the Market Leader for PwC’s advisory businesses in North Texas, a portfolio of practices providing management consulting, technology consulting, forensics and deals services to Fortune 1000 companies.
Ron is a graduate of the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. He is active in the community, and focuses on efforts to teach and inspire youth, grow leaders, and help those in need.
Ron resides in Dallas with his wife of 29 years. They are the parents of eight children, and grandparents of four.
