Please join us on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at the Roseville Old Spaghetti Factory to hear from President Douglas Talley of the California Roseville Mission.  The luncheon will be held at noon where President Talley will speak to us about moral and ethical leadership and his experiences in both business and missionary work.

About President Douglas Talley:

At the time of his call as president of the Roseville, California Mission, Douglas Talley was an independent Consultant in the field of risk management. Recognized as an expert in insurance archaeology, policy reconstruction, and insurance claim recovery, Douglas has been quoted in Risk & Insurance, Business Insurance, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and has been interviewed on National Public Radio (NPR). He has been a frequent speaker at regional and national seminars on the topics of insurance archaeology and insurance claim resolution and has testified at various regulatory and congressional hearings on the issue of insurance recovery for Holocaust victims.

Douglas joined Risk International, a risk management services firm, in 1987, and in 2002 was promoted to CEO of Risk International’s parent company. In 2012, Douglas was named to the position of executive vice president and chief legal officer. Before joining Risk International, he spent several years in private legal practice with the firm of Roetzel & Andress litigating environmental, toxic tort, mass tort, and product liability claims, as well as insurance coverage disputes.

President Talley began his service as president of the Roseville Mission in 2020. He has served as a temple ordinance worker, stake president, high councilor, bishop, bishopric counselor, branch president, elders quorum president, ward Young Men president, ward mission leader, and missionary in the Italy Rome Mission. President Talley and his wife, April, are the parents of seven children and resided in Akron, OH before serving in Roseville, CA.
