Cecilia Harry drives business development and economic growth in the Colorado Springs region with experience, expertise, and leadership. Mrs. Harry and her team are responsible for support existing employers, developing and managing a significant pipeline of prospective employers, supporting the area's entrepreneurial ecosystem, and attracting and retaining top talent. Mrs. Harry's experience includes prior roles as president and CEO of Envision Greater Fond du Lac, executive director of the Greater Fremont Development Council, in addition to currently serving and having served on economic development and chamber of commerce boards.
